Policies of Another World Inn:

Open year around.

Check-in 3pm to 9pm CST. Please notify Karen if you will be arriving after 6pm CST. Special arrangements can be made for arrivals after 9pm CST (check with Karen). Check out time is 11am CST.

Tours of the Inn are at the discretion of the owner/ manager and require an appointment at least one week ahead of time.

To preserve the special ambience of the inn - please do not smoke inside.  Smoking is permitted on our wrap-around deck, patios, and on the grounds.

Unfortunately pets cannot be allowed. Some of our guests are allergic and appreciate this consideration.

Another World is not responsible for personal property damage or loss.

Rates of Suites

The rates and policies of Another World reflect the ambience
and quality of our beautiful, romantic, fantasy suites. Our inn is one of the few lodging facilities in the Midwest where you can plan your own special occasion. Surprise your sweetheart and make them feel like a queen or king for a day.

NOVEMBER-APRIL SUITE RATES

MAY-OCTOBER SUITE RATES

*The Sunday rate is the same as Saturday when Monday is a holiday.
**Additional 2 people - $50.00
- 20% discount on the third night stay!
- Stay 5 days for the price of 4, one mid-week night is free! (holidays excluded)

- November: Thanksgiving Day
- December: Christmas Day

Rates quoted are for double occupancy per night and include breakfast and amenities. All rates subject to state and local taxes (add 7%).  Rates are subject to change. 

Reservation Policy:

A credit card guarantee holds the room(s) for your arrival. Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted. Cash and personal checks are also accepted.

Our promise to you, barring human error, is to hold your room(s) for you and we expect you in return to honor your finiancial commitment to us. We feel this is a two-party contract. Any questions, please feel free to call Karen.

*If payment is made by cash or check, our cancellation policy requires a 14 day notice prior to 3pm CST of reserved date for cash refunds.

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $25 handling fee if notice of cancellation is given within fourteen days of scheduled arrival date.  If notice of cancellation is given within 72 hours of arrival, or within five days for holidays, the full amount of the room(s) will be charged to you. A gift certificate will be issued for the full amount of the reservation, subject to availibility, and is valid for one year from the date of issue.  If payment is made by cash or check, our cancellation policy requires a 14 day notice prior to 3pm CST of reserved date for cash refund. We regret that we cannot make exceptions for personal emergencies as a cause for cancellations. Sorry No Exceptions. This cancellation policy is fair but firm.

Winter Storm Policy:

In the event of severe winter weather and it is necessary to cancel a room reservation with less than advance notice (as determined by Another World) a gift certificate for the full amount of the reservation will be issued to you and is subject to availability up to one year from the date of issue.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Surprise the person you love with a gift certificate for a romantic getaway at Another World!  Gift certificates may be purchased for any amount you desire. They are valid for one year from the date of issue and have no redeemable cash value.  Gift certificates may be purchased by check, cash, or credit card. For more information click on Amenities.
